ILF Neurofeedback Training

ILF Neurofeedback Training

Infra-Low Frequency (ILF) Neurofeedback works at the brain’s most foundational regulatory level. During a session, small sensors placed on the scalp measure real-time electrical activity in the brain. This information is translated into simple visual or auditory feedback.
Because the feedback operates at extremely low frequencies, the brain—not conscious effort—uses this information to make subtle, automatic adjustments. Over time, these adjustments improve the nervous system’s ability to regulate efficiently, resulting in greater stability, adaptability, and resilience.
ILF training does not require concentration, effort, or active participation. The brain learns through exposure and repetition, similar to how physical conditioning develops through consistent training.

What ILF Training Supports

ILF Neurofeedback helps the brain operate more efficiently by improving foundational regulation. Many individuals experience improvements in:

  • Focus and mental clarity

  • Emotional steadiness under pressure

  • Stress tolerance and recovery

  • Sleep quality and readiness

  • Overall nervous system resilience

Progress occurs gradually and builds over time, supporting lasting change rather than short-term effects.

ILF Neurofeedback for Athletes & High Achievers

Peak performance depends on more than skill and effort—it depends on a well-regulated nervous system. ILF Neurofeedback is especially well suited for athletes and high-achieving individuals who perform in high-demand, high-pressure environments

ILF training supports:

  • Consistent focus during competition or complex tasks

  • Faster mental recovery after stress or mistakes

  • Improved composure under pressure

  • Greater adaptability during training and performance cycles

  • Better sleep and recovery between demands

Rather than pushing the brain into a specific state, ILF helps create the conditions for performance to emerge more naturally and consistently.
