Oregon Neurofeedback LLC provides neurofeedback training designed to support brain self-regulation. Sessions are non-invasive and may include ILF (Infralow Frequency) neurofeedback and other approved training modalities.
Standard sessions are scheduled for 55 minutes, including 30–40 minutes of neurofeedback training and 15 minutes for symptom discussion, session setup, and clean-up. Session lengths may be adjusted upon request and with prior approval from our neurofeedback technicians.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in full session charges. Late arrivals may reduce session time but do not exempt the client from fees.
All sessions are paid at the time of service or according to prearranged payment plans. Payments are accepted in cash, credit/debit cards, or other agreed methods.
All information shared during sessions is kept confidential, in accordance with professional standards. Exceptions include situations involving risk of harm to self or others, suspected abuse, or as required by law.
Telephone or email communication is available for scheduling, cancellations, or administrative questions. Face-to-face sessions are preferred for all training. Emergency situations must be directed to 911 or local emergency services.
To protect confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries, we do not accept friend or contact requests from current or former clients on social media.
Parents or guardians may have legal access to certain treatment information for clients under 18. Information sharing will be discussed and limited to what is appropriate.
We may terminate Neurofeedback Training if sessions are not being used effectively or if payment obligations are not met, after discussion with the client. If training ends for any reason, referrals to qualified neurofeedback technicians or therapists will be provided. If appointments are not scheduled for three consecutive weeks without prior arrangements, the client’s training relationship may be considered discontinued.
Neurofeedback training is generally considered safe, but results vary by individual. Oregon Neurofeedback LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes. Training is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.
By attending sessions, clients acknowledge that they understand the nature, benefits, and limitations of neurofeedback training and agree to abide by the policies and terms outlined above.
